Animals and their habitats.

We are very lucky here at St Peter's to have a good outdoor space that has a varied ecosystem. Our woodland walk gave us chace to view birds nesting, funghi growing naturally and a variety of minibeasts hidden within the bark footpath.

Following from here we went into the allotments and school gardens. Here we got to see effectively where creatures may hide for shelter and safety.

The class made many observations throughout the lesson and could talk in good detail about what they found and the impact of their discoveries.
