Today we have created our own music or dance to praise God. We have been looking at inspiational women from the Old Testament. One of these women included Miriam who danced with joy and praised God when the Israelites crossed the Red Sea and were free.

5N's Collect Worship was all about loyalty.  We watched a video showing the Bible story of Jonah and the whale, and then answered questions relating to the story and theme.  Finally, we sang 'I can see the golden sunshine'.

We have been busy in Science over the past half term. It has been quite an exciting time watching the caterpillars completly transform into butterflies. We have enjoyed watching this process, and then finally realeasing the butterflies.

Year 5 had a great time today being visited by John Malam.  They learnt all about Queen Elizabeth II and wrote a letter to the Queen as well.

Today the Canal and River Trust came into our school. We were canal and river explorers, finding the dangers that we could see near the canal. We learnt about the dangers we could face, how to avoid them and what to do if we end up in any danger in water.
